Job Details

This is a new role in our Counties region. Reporting into the Senior Buyer, you will be working alongside the commercial team in the Region assisting in procuring construction materials and plant for our new build residential developments. Successful buying for our projects is a critical part in ensuring our housing developments are completed on time, that our construction sites have the resources and materials they need at the right time and that our new homes meet our customers’ needs.

You will work closely with the estimating, technical and construction teams attending project and pre-contract meetings as required.

You will have excellent written and oral communication skills along with and Strong IT skills particularly in Excel.
