As a field-based National Business Development Executive (NBDE) you will report into the National Sales Manager. You will have a dotted line to a specific geographical area of the country however have the flexibility to travel out of that to work on specific business campaigns,” Chris Slinn, National Sales Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Flexibility to work in different areas to meet business growth targets whilst achieving sales expectations
  • Establishing great working relationships across key partners both internally and externally
  • Managing a new business pipeline, ensuring potential new customers are developed and new contracts are secured in a detailed manner
  • Reducing the impact of customer Churn
  • Protecting our customers investment through conversations with non-compliant accounts.
  • Peer to peer coaching and mentoring of sales staff

What you’ll bring:

  • A tenacious salesperson who can sell our products and services into a continually changing and diverse marketplace
  • The ability to show a clear return on investment for our customers using effective questioning to truly understand a prospect’s business
  • A day to day dynamism and ability to sell a creative, sought after product
  • An ability to learn and try new ways of working to improve both your own and the wider team’s way of selling
  • A self-motivated individual with a make it happen approach
