Our Strategy & Experience Team sit within our Chief Customer Office and are responsible for managing our portfolio of market leading brands. Collectively they lead all marketing activities for these brands, across the whole group, in one place. Helping to make sure each brand has its own, distinct personality and presence in market.

As a Brand Design Manager, you'll help set the ambition for brand design across our portfolio of 14 brands. Reporting into a Senior Manager, you'll set and closely handle the guidelines for our brands, ensuring implementation of a differentiated and highly cohesive look, feel and Tone of Voice across all of our customer touch points.

OUR IDEAL BRAND DESIGN MANAGER WILL:

  • Execute a brand plan for a particular product, service or area while working within established brand management systems
  • Form meaningful relationships with internal customers, acting as their business partner
  • Analyse key themes using data from a wide range of sources and identifies possible impacts on the business
  • Develop and deliver significant aspects of our external communications plan
  • Uncover emerging issues and identify potential causes, issues and barriers
  • Identify and evaluate complex expertise-led solutions against a range of criteria to find the ones that best meet business needs

 

TO DELIVER THIS ROLE EFFECTIVELY, YOU'LL NEED:

  • Experience of brand design and identity development and implementation for brands
  • A proven track record of managing brand design across multiple customer touchpoints
  • To be a storyteller with excellent written and verbal presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, where there are potential high levels of ambiguity, we'll need you to draw on relevant customer, brand and market insight
  • Understand how to make and guide effective decision making in a large, matrixed company like Lloyds Banking Group
