Although we’re based in the UK, we work online so location is flexible.  So if you’re a superstar living outside the UK, we’ll certainly consider you!

The role is 20 hours a week to start, with opportunity for growth.  Wage is approx. £260-320pw  based on skills, experience and fit.

One of many provides inspiration, training, coaching and support to help grassroots women leaders called to solve the problems.  We assist them to handle the day to day, so they can unleash their spirit onto the changes they are feeling called to make.

WHAT WE NEED

You’ll be working (virtually) alongside your colleagues in the client services and sales departments to be the champion of our clients- helping them stay enrolled, informed and excited about their programmes.

You’ll quickly and easily get across our array of powerful educational programs, build deep relationships with our community quickly and translate this into

  • Monitoring, coaching and engaging with our community across Facebook, and in time other channels.
  • Delivering a great customer experience for our current clients through emails and phone calls.
  • Supporting  sales made at our in person, and online events, by following up on the phone to assist people through the post-purchase wobbles.
  • Identifying leads through your email interactions and social networking for Discovery Calls/Client Appreciation Calls
  • Supporting the sales team at busy times matching excited prospects with life-changing programmes.
  • Collate questions and desires of the community and present them to the marketing team to create into marketing strategy and product ideas and when needed.
  • Spot success stories and be the champion of the great work our clients are doing. We love how our clients transform, we love the impact they have in the world. And we want to regularly shout it from the rooftops! You will constantly be on the lookout for members of our community taking the tools and doing amazing things with them.

While this is not essential you MUST be able to pick up and run with new software systems quickly and easily.  As we are a virtual team, the importance of being able to use basic tech cannot be understated.

    REQUIRED BACKGROUND

    Because of the high requirement for coaching and sales skills, preference for this role will be given to graduates with some kind of coaching training.
