Community Fundraiser (12 month Maternity Cover)

MS-UK is a small national charity dedicated to empowering people with multiple sclerosis (MS) to live healthier and happier lives by improving the understanding of MS and providing support where it is needed most. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to join our dynamic team and help us to grow fundraising at MS-UK to the next level

Working with our Fundraising Manager you will develop and support a wide range of fundraising activities with community groups and individuals across the UK.

You will enjoy working in a fast paced, high energy environment, have excellent communication skills and a passion for growing longstanding, successful fundraising relationships. The role combines the requirement to be out and about in the community as well as performing a range of admin tasks and contributing to the success of events and other fundraising activities.

You will have an engaging and creative approach and a proven track record of delivering successful fundraising activities.

The role is varied and provides a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in fundraising. It is particularly well suited to individuals that thrive in a target driven environment.

This role will require some working in the office, but we are open to flexible working requests.

This position is a full time role, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

The successful candidate will be required to start as soon as possible.

Salary £24,000 per annum

Location Colchester
