Personal Assistant - Part Time

We'll give you a blank sheet of paper to build a job role that suits you in terms of hours (we envisage between 15 - 22.5 hours per week) and location.  In return you will help the management of Climbing Trees at a time when we are growing.

Working with the Managing Director and senior team, you will be a responsible, autonomous, fast-working, accurate individual with excellent time management skills and discretion. Skills in marketing would be hugely desirable.

Duties to include:

* Co-ordinating all meetings and appointments.

* Business diary management.

* Handling proposals (emails and letters).

* Social media management and general marketing

* Further ad-hoc duties as requested.

* Flexibility essential.

You will have / be:

* Previous experience as a successful PA / Secretarial.

* Experience providing one to one support

* Basic marketing skills.

* Business orientated use of social media.

* Proven track record to independently plan and manage own work.

* Proven track record of producing results and completing tasks within a given timeframe.

* Proactive approach with energy and passion, an ability to think ahead.

* Excellent secretarial skills.

* Absolute discretion.

* A full UK driving license and access to own transport.
