The opportunity

Atos is developing a new Pega practice within the UK. This practice will expand on our current Pega capability to focus on UK&I opportunities, helping both existing and new customers to accelerate their application modernisation and speed their products to market.

Atos is a top 5 partner for Pega in the UK and we need self-starting, hardworking people to help build out this capability as well as converting a number of pipeline opportunities that we have already identified.

In addition, you will be expected to support the expansion of the capability through additional external hiring of Pega professionals and the training and mentoring of junior Atos staff to build an internal end to end capability.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Drive scope definition, requirements analysis, functional and technical design, application build, product configuration, unit testing, UAT and production deployment
• Collaborate and team with clients, partners, and the ATOS Pega team on client sites with a continuous focus on Customer Success
• Provide support and technical governance focused on one or more projects at a single client
• Act as a domain expert to the organisation and pro-actively respond to ad-hoc questions
• Actively participate in Sales Cycles, delivering Thought Leadership and MVP builds
• Work directly with your Local Alliance and Sales Manager in driving practice growth and Sales closure

• Provided thought leadership to team members and clients across business and technical project dimensions
• Provided technical expertise and ownership in the diagnosis and resolution of issues
• Acted as a coach and mentor to the team
• In-depth knowledge of Pega solutions and how and where to target them

Skills we can’t do without:

• Demonstrable experience in PEGA, Pega PRPC CLSA(Certified Lead System Architect) or should have played role in LSA capacity
• End-to-end experience of PRPC-based application design and implementation
• Experience/Exposure to Pega Smart Claims Process Controller, Pre Processing, Benefit Adjudication, Post Adjudication processing
• Must have implemented a minimum of 4 end-to-end Pega implementations projects across different industry domains using Pega-PRPC
• Well versed in class hierarchy, rule set hierarchy, data layer, flows, flow actions, work baskets, deployment
• Strong in Integration components - Integration, SOAP Service implementation in PRPC, MQ Integration
• Should have working experience on Situation Layer Cake concepts and embraced the same while defining project architecture
• Should have working knowledge on Pega UI Architecture, Styling PRPC Application, IAC (Internet Application Composer), DWA (Direct Web Access)
• Pega Version Upgrade, handling parallel development, Indexing, Arching & Purging, Session management, Customised logging, crafting custom Guiderail, very good knowledge on SMA and System
