Job Title: Senior Residential Conveyancer Job Share (Part-time)

Location: Home Based

Salary: up to £35,000 pro-rota'd

The Role:

As a Job Share Conveyancer, the candidate will be an experienced Residential Conveyancer that will be home based and working proactively with a high-volume caseload.

Day to day duties include:

Running a substantial caseload and performing a full range of tasks

To be able to share your portfolio of file with another Conveyancer proactively and work well within a team.

Must be able to build strong relationships with clients and third parties.

Manage a portfolio of live cases from circa 90-100 cases (dependent on level and pro-rated to hrs)

Be able to work a minimum of 3 full days a week.

The Candidate:

Experienced Residential Conveyancer

At least 3-5 years residential conveyancing experience

Case load of between 80-100

Experience of dealing with sale and purchase of registered and unregistered property, plot purchases and help to buy schemes would be essential.

The ability to motivate self and work autonomously.

Provide excellent customer service.

Assist the team to ensure company targets are met.
