We have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Nurse to work within a Private and friendly care home that offers residential, nursing and nursing dementia care, Dereham Norfolk.

Temporary Pay Rates
Standard Day: £35ph ltd
Saturdays & Nights: £40ph ltd
Sunday & Bank Holidays: £45ph ltd
+ £100 BONUS PER SHIFT!
Hours and length of contract:
*Full or part time position
*Long day shifts: 07:00 - 19:00
*Long night shifts: 19:00 - 07:00
*Continuous work for a minimum of 3+ weeks (ongoing)
*Service operates 24/7
Daily Duties:
We are looking for a passionate and caring nurse to join a friendly and supportive nursing team who strive to help residents maintain their dignity and independence in a homely setting. This wonderful opportunity gives you the chance work within a specialist care home supporting older adults, and kindness is valued highly in supporting users with Dementia.
The home supports up to 61 residents and you role will be to ensure the provision of high quality nursing care and support in accordance with the wishes and choices made by the Residents, taking responsibility for their well-being, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met.
Your duties will include but are not limited:
*Undertake the assessment of nursing needs of new and existing Residents; implementing and evaluating individualised care plans for each
*Ensure medication is appropriately received, stored and administered to residents
*Liaise with GP's and other health and social care professionals to ensure that all aspects of the Residents' health and social care needs are met
*Supervise and direct other Colleagues providing care, including leading shifts
*Ensure that appropriate reporting and recording is undertaken by all colleagues
*Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies and legislation
*Assist the Home Manager for the delivery of clinical services and nursing practice
Person specification:
Applicant must be an RGN, RMN or RNLD.
The applicant must be DBS cleared for the position advertised and have recent experience within the field.
