The Service Charge Invoicing Team is responsible for coding and processing service chargeable invoices from external contractors.  This is done via the Service Charge Module and Great Plains.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with excellent attention to detail to become part of the team.  Your role will be to receive and process service charge invoices and work effectively with contractors and other internal departments to ensure accurate coding and allocation of costs. 

You will need to be numerate with proven IT and communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Previous experience of service charges would be an advantage.
