As part of our expansion outside of London, we have created a new region – our Counties region is developing homes across the UK and currently we have an opportunity for a Site Manager at our Glebe Farm development in Milton Keynes where we are creating a new community with homes and  local amenities.

Working as part of the team ,under a Senior Site Manager,  you will be responsible for all activities on a residential construction site including Health & Safety, staff management, target  programming, logistics, quality and delivery within budget.  A good technical knowledge of timber frame ,specifically apartments will be essential. Previous experience in MMC construction and the NHBC Pride In the Job would be an advantage and is desirable.

Excellent communication skills will be required as liaison with all external and internal teams are critical.

It is essential that you have previous experience at this level working for large  developer’s in the housing sector and can demonstrate a proven track record in a similar role including experience of managing a team.   

For this post you will need good problem solving, communication and analytical skills. Also, effective project management skills and hold current SMSTS, CSCS, 1st aid 4 day.
