Up to £17.17 p/h – Band 5/6 Equivalent | FT or PT Nights | Small Disability Nursing Home – Good CQC

A very small specialist care home in Swindon which caters to adults living with physical and learning disabilities is currently looking to recruit Registered Nurses to work full or part-time nights.

Details of this Night Nurse role and what the home is offering:

* A permanent contract to work full or part-time nights (18 hours) depending on your requirements

* Flexible night shifts covering a 7 day rota

* Competitive pay rates of up to £17.17 per hour depending on experience

* Ongoing learning and development opportunities in addition to a comprehensive induction programme

Duties will include managing and documenting clinical care and support and ensuring the holistic needs of service users are recognised, evaluated and met.

What we are looking for in a Nurse:

* NMC Registered Adult Nurse/RGN/RN1/RNA, Mental Health Nurse/RMHN/RMN or Learning Disabilities Nurse/RNLD with some post-registration experience

* You should be confident independently leading shifts, assessing residents and managing care plans and care staff

* Ideally you will have experience in a complex disability care setting, with clinical skills including PEG feeds, oropharyngeal suctioning and oxygen therapy, although full training can be provided

* You should be IT literate and confident using electronic care planning systems
