Telemarketer wanted to support a rapidly growing business coaching practice serving East Anglia
ActionCOACH are the world's number one coaching firm with over 1000 offices in 50+ countries coaching more than 20,000 business owners to grow their business. This role is to support an ActionCOACH franchise as a a home worker
The Role
The role is to support the MD and principal coach by calling SME business owners in order to set up a meeting with the coach. This can be cold calling, or in response to a marketing campaign.
Key Responsibilities
Generate one lead per day from telemarketing
Profile of Person
- Exceptional telephone skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly with SME business owners who you have never spoken to and who may not have heard of ActionCOACH or business coaching
- Extensive experience and exceptional performance at cold calling is essential
- Achieves results by listening and asking great questions, not by pressure selling
- Has a good network of SME business owner contacts
- A 'can-do' attitude, hungry to learn new skills and develop
- A self-starter, with initiative, resourcefulness and willingness to keep going until targets are met
Compensation and benefits
£15 per hour, plus
£40 for every meeting set up between the coach and the business owner that takes place
£200 for every new client signed
Location and Hours
Your home, you choose the hours to achieve the generation of one lead per day minimum
