We are looking for dynamic, organised individual with previous administration experience to come on board and join a leading organisation supporting with an ongoing project, on a part-time, temporary basis. Your primary responsibility will be to provide full administrative support to the project and administration teams, working towards deadlines and ensuring all work is completed to a high standard. This is an extremely exciting opportunity for anyone looking to develop their existing administrative skill set and gain an insight into the life-cycles of projects, and all the processes involved!

You will be responsible for:

* Scheduling meetings, distributing project materials, taking minutes and action points and following them up with senior management

* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders when required, so you must have incredibly strong communication skills

* Producing regular reports, presentations, project documents and updating databases and spreadsheets with relevant information

* Monitoring and tracking the progress of work packages and project deliverables, liaising with senior management and supporting the Executive Assistant to the CEO with any additional administrative duties

This is a very busy, challenging role and requires someone who has incredibly strong analytical skills, is able to confidently build rapport and relationships with internal and external stakeholders and is able to balance their time and prioritise their workload efficiently. You must be able to work methodically, and have previous experience working within professional services.

This is a part-time, temporary position paying up to £12 per hour, with an immediate start required and will be full remote working. The role will run for 5 months, with the potential to be extended further. Previous projects experience or qualifications is ideal, but not necessary.
