Are you an accredited and registered Psychotherapist and/or Counsellor? Do you hold a professional qualification to practice in Integrative Relational counselling or psychotherapy? If so, this could be the role for you.

Here at Kingston College, we are now looking for a Lecturer in Counselling to join us on a permanent, part time basis.

The current Counselling provision includes BA (Hons) Integrative Relational Counselling and part time adult Level 2 and Level 3 introductory courses, as well as a Level 4 Diploma. As one of our Lecturers, you will primarily teach on our Level 2, 3 and 4 part time day and evening Counselling courses.

As well as the relevant qualifications, we’d also like you to have substantial post qualification experience and be willing to achieve a teaching qualification in line with current regulations, if you do not already hold one. We’d also like you to be a creative, resourceful and effective educator and be able to assess students’ work/practitioner skills accordingly.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, teaching remotely via MS Teams will be required.
