Are you a graduate looking to pursue a career in education?

Teaching Personnel are looking for confident and passionate graduates to work as classroom supervisors in a number of secondary school located in Central, South and East Manchester.

This role is ideal for any graduates who have experience working with young and are looking for new exciting challenge.

Working as a classroom supervisor on a temporary flexible basis, graduates will gain valuable paid school based experience and will introduce them to a number of local secondary schools for regular work.

Graduates will have access to their own availability and will be able to work part-time or full-time dependant on availability.

Responsibilities of this classroom supervisor role:

Supervising whole classes across years 7 – 11 with work that has been set by the absent teacher.
Managing the behaviour of pupils while they are undertaking this work to ensure a constructive environment.
Responding to any questions from pupils.
Collecting any completed work after the lesson and returning it to the appropriate teacher.
Reporting back as appropriate on the behaviour of pupils during the class, and any issues arising.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
