Do you want to join one of the UK’s leading Housing and care providers and play a key role in our Business Information & Data Analytics Team?  Are you passionate about how information can be leveraged to drive better business outcomes? Are you a seasoned analyst who has led analytics effort to deliver ad-hoc analysis as well as drive delivery of both standardised report suites / dashboards and self-serve capabilities for the business? Have you made an impact working with business teams in using information to tell the performance story and embedding use of information in the business? If so, this might be the role for you.

You will report into the Information Analysis Manager and have responsibility for coaching a small team of information analysts to engage with the business teams and embed use of information within the business.  You will work with all the business areas to socialise the art of the possible and manage the demand from the business and work with the other data and technology teams to deliver the trusted information at pace.

You will have an enquiring mind and be confident in being able to deal with key stakeholders within the business. This role would suit an individual who is keen to drive the culture change to make the organisation data literate.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

·       Extensive experience as a Business Intelligence and Analytics Specialist

·       Strong engagement and business stakeholder management skills

·       Proven quantitative, analytical and problem-solving capabilities

·       Project management and familiarity with agile methods

·       Strong communication skills and an ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

·       Reporting and data visualisations tools expertise (e.g. Microsoft PowerBI)

·       Presentation and report writing skills to produce outputs for senior stakeholders
