Shifts available:

Shift 1:Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 4pm to 11pm & Saturday 2pm to 9pm (35 hours per week)
Shift 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 5pm to midnight & Saturday 2pm to 9pm (35 hours per week)
Shift 3:Monday, Friday 5pm to midnight & Saturday, Sunday 2pm to 9pm (28 hours per week)

Please note shifts are on a first come, first service basis.

Training to commence Tuesday 23 March for 4 weeks (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm)

About the team:

Working within the International Customer Service team, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and help to our UK and International customers by understanding their needs and being passionate about delivering the best to them.

You will:
 

  • Give exceptional customer service by truly listening to the customer and resolving their queries.
  • Have the ability to truly listen to the needs of our customers and communicate the best course of action to move forward.
  • Treat every customer like your first customer.
  • Navigate through various computer systems to look into customer queries, speaking to other teams if required.
  • Communicate confidently and be passionate about helping our customers and your colleagues.

Criteria About you:

With previous experience in customer service, ideally within a call centre, you’ll be a team player with excellent communication skills, working in a fast paced environment. You will have an analytical approach enabling you to investigate by gathering information and liaising with multiple departments.

You'll be up for a challenge, empathetic and enjoy sorting out customers' problems so they're able to continue to shop with us. You will also be able to build a rapport whilst remaining assertive and resilient.
You’ll be a natural problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box.

 

  • Be able to communicate in a confident, clear and friendly manner.
  • Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
