Job Details
Reporting to the Email Marketing Manager, the Digital Communications Marketing Executive will be a keen problem solver able to work within a large, global team of marketers. This role will deliver the UK email programme and support the wider marketing team with their scheduled email activities, with the goal of developing into the subject matter expert for email marketing as they gain training and experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including the set-up, scheduling, and deployment of one-time, recurring, and triggered campaigns
Helping execute the email strategy and wider communication plans.
Work closely with the key teams/stakeholders to create bespoke campaigns to increase sales, drive recruitment and retention
Analyse performance of email marketing campaigns to provide actionable insights and improvements for future development
Reporting on sales revenues generated through email marketing campaigns.
Assist with the day to day administration tasks
Conduct detailed competitor analysis reports for the Digital Communications Manager.

Creative and inquisitive with a thirst to learn more
Aptitude for attention to detail
Able to take direction and deliver tasks accordingly
Effective team player; can do attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Intermediate level user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word
Marketing experience ideally gained in a retail environment
Experience with email service platforms (IBM Watson) is beneficial but not essential
