We are looking to appoint a Property Manager to join our team in Slough or Redbridge to represent and champion the trust and its values, ensuring our services meet and exceed customer service excellence.

The successful candidate will be solution focused and will act as a champion of service improvement. You will demonstrate strong communication, business planning and problem-solving skills.
 

Requirements include: 

· Demonstrable stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships 

· Innovative, solution focused with excellent organisational skills 

· Excellent verbal and written communication 

·  Housing / ASB / Facilities management experience gained within a residential environment is desirable but not essential
