A Senior Support Worker will do everything from taking the people supported to swimming to helping administer the right medication. They will also mentor Support Workers and assist with the overall health and safety.
This is a rewarding role and no two days will be the same. However, you will need to be the sort of person who can take things in your stride, remain calm and be confident in dealing with sometimes difficult situations.
