E&P consulting is a rapidly growing owner-managed private consultancy company, specialising in the provision of technical consultants, managed services, and programmes to the global energy industry. Formed in 2011, the company has grown into a team of 30 individuals (management and consultants) across the UK and US. We have an aggressive development strategy in 2021, with projected annual growth exceeding 50% and a new country entry into India to support new client business. The strategy also includes the startup of a new division focussing on renewable energy clients

To support this growth, we are looking for a new team member to assist in identifying skilled candidates to fulfil our clients’ stringent requirements, as described below. E&P Consulting is an agile company with a flat management structure, unconstrained by bureaucratic processes, and the successful candidate will be comfortable operating in a flexible and non-corporate environment.

The company operates virtually, with the core internal team spread across the UK and US (Houston, Aberdeen, London) and therefore in-person interaction is limited. monthly face-to-face meetings are scheduled as time and diaries allow, so flexibility on travel within the UK is required. COVID-allowing, the successful candidate would need to spend 2 to 3 days face to face with the company directors at the start, to allow onboarding and induction activities.

The successful candidate will be working with our clients and consultants, and therefore should demonstrate a professional, positive, and outgoing attitude, with excellent inter-personal skills that will enhance and protect our strong relationships.

  • Use data sources to identify candidates that meet the requirement
