As Finance Platform Manager within our Platform Engineering team, you will be responsible for the mission-critical systems that handle financial transactions on behalf of our customers and partners. With systems ranging from Billing, Payments and Debt, to Risk, Fraud and Commissions, you'll drive innovation while maintaining a high level of stability. You'll be delivering change accurately and on time in a demanding, fast-paced environment.

What you'll do:

• You'll lead multiple technology teams working hard to deliver projects and features on mission-critical systems with tight financial constraintsYou'll work closely with other Technology teams, Stakeholders, Vendors and Partners to achieve this, while driving the platform forward strategicallyYou'll run a tight ship providing support for the numerous systems, maintaining a high degree of system stability and supporting Stakeholders' requestsYou'll lead by example, with positivity and enthusiasm, inspiring others while driving forward an agenda of continuous improvement

What you'll bring:

• A strong understanding and experience of the Software Development Lifecycle, including Agile delivery methods and the pragmatism to deliver change effectivelyA strong understanding of Application Support and experience in the challenges of running a 24/7 operationExperience of working with Technical teams, on multiple, varied technologies, and in using 3^rd party Vendors and Offshore partnersStrong organisational skills, including Budgeting, Planning, Contract Management and Audit/ComplianceExcellent collaboration skills and ability to build and maintain a high-performing team
