HR Business / People Partner - Remote / London - Perm - Part-Time - £33k - £38k Per Annum

The Company
A Financial Services company in the not for profit sector is seeking an experience HR Business / People Partner on a permanent part time basis - the role is 28 hours a week and is currently remote with 1 day in the office, post covid.

The Role
Using your exceptional rapport building skills, the People Partner will provide a level of expertise to ensure that the People Team understand every experience that matters to colleagues and delivers action and insight to support and guide all line managers and senior leaders.

Responsibilities
*You will provide an effective business partnering service, providing leadership, coaching, support and guidance, acting as a 'Trusted Advisor' to the business on recruitment, capability, leadership, Diversity and Inclusion, performance management and all matters to do with People.
*You will ensure processes are clear, well documented and fit for purpose.
*You will ensure all day to day queries are dealt with professionally, in accordance with agreed policy.
*You will manage all ER activity and ensure managers and employees are supported and guided throughout the process.
*You will maintain and update policies and procedures to maximise efficiency, adherence to legislation and best practice.

*You will work with the Chief People Officer, Head of People and People Manager to ensure our unique culture is central to all people related support, guidance and decisions.
*You will lead on the recruitment process across ensuring all managers are supported to recruit high quality individuals in line with pay policy.

Experience Required
*HR generalist knowledge and expertise - work closely with internal stakeholders to provide an excellent and trusted HR business partner service
*Employee Relations
*HR Administration
*Diversity & Inclusion
*Recruitment & Onboarding - provide expertise to ensure high calibre candidates recruited and retailed
*HRIS & Data knowledge and expertise
*Communication Skills
