Are you a Business Development Co-ordinator looking for your next challenge?  You will be a tech savvy, enthusiastic self-starter. Able to manage your own workload, with a keen eye for detail you will be experienced in setting up and creating long form proposal documentation in Word & Adobe. You will proof our final submissions so eagle eyes, great spelling and punctuation is a must.  With a solid 4+ years of experience behind you, you will also be completing long questionnaires which need to be accurate, smart and responsive. Your skills will be tested at interview (proof-reading, document creation). You will be a competent all-rounder and happy to ‘muck in’ and turn your hand to many things.  

Job Role:

As Business Development Co-ordinator, you will be:

  • Act as PA to Sales Director and Business Development Manager – setting up meetings, follow ups and progressing matters where appropriate
  • Creating professional looking documentation, reports, questionnaires and accurate information
  • Managing the Social Media accounts keeping the feed up to date and informative for existing and new business
  • Managing content on the website/keeping it up to date (no web skills required just admin and good overall ideas/layout prompts for web company)
  • Creating content for website and quarterly newsletters (training given)
  • Creating case studies and promotional material for bids and general company info
  • Keep track of bid timelines and ensure everything is complete on time and to a high level of accuracy
  • Completing supplier information requests
  • Typing/formatting quotes for new business swiftly and accurately
  • Maintain quote/tender tracking spreadsheet
  • Quality checking documents for consistency, overall feel, language, tone, spelling, punctuation, grammar and formatting to a professional level
