We are a family-owned IFA practice looking to expand. As part of the company's business strategy, we are looking to recruit an administrator with experience of working in a financial services environment.
We thrive on keeping our clients happy and on track with their financial goals.
Every day is different in that you will be working with various clients, all of whom have different financial objectives and expectations.
We are always keen to see people develop and progress and will support educational development opportunities if it suits.

Supporting our director/financial adviser and paraplanner with administrative duties, which includes:
Effectively handling client enquiries and greeting visitors
Processing new business applications and checking incoming case submissions
Liaising directly with product providers
Preparing invoices
Maintaining accurate up-to-date client records
Sending Letters of AuthorityBenefits

Salary: GBP19-GBP24,000, NEST Pension, Discretionary bonus, Funded training and development support, Flexible and supportive family business environment, 20 days holiday plus public holidays

Additional Information

We have an office-based role offering part-time hours, ideally 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday (hours negotiable between 08:30 to 17:00). However, there is flexibility around these hours.

Essential Skills

Minimum recent 12 months experience working in an IFA practice
Knowledge of mortgage processing, protection products, pensions and investments
Knowledge of back-office systems (Plum desirable)Desired Skills

Studying, or planning to study, towards Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
Excellent attention to detail
Competent use of Excel and Word
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic and willing to learn and developAbout Company
