This is an exciting opportunity to become part of this team as a Reporting Specialist in Livingston, Scotland reporting to the Incentives reporting controller." - Incentive Reporting Controller

What you'll do:
    Deliver accurate and relevant information to users of all levels across the businessDesign, implement and run incentives that support the needs of our stakeholdersConduct reporting on an ongoing basis to understand incentive performance, impact and model improvementsPerform regular maintenance and audit checking of incentive files to ensure timely submissions.Ensure incentive payment details are available to our people and visible on an ongoing basisProactively Engage & communicate with partners of all levels across the businessWork collaboratively with the incentive engagement and insights analysts
What you'll bring:
    Experience in Microsoft software essential, advanced excel skills desirable.Strong communication and influencing skills to build effective relationshipsAnalytical and considered approachProactively take ownership of initiatives and develop as part of a support team with a wide-reaching stakeholder mapExcellent attention to detail
