We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Audi Marketing team as the CRM Manager on a 6 month part time FTC basis. The role reports into the Customer Analytics and Lifecycle Manager and is responsible for the development our CRM programme at a critical time for the brand. In this role you'll be the guardian of our tone of voice, be passionate about the written word and have an instinctive empathy with our customer base. Through the implementation of our prospect and customer journey communications programme you'll develop creative communications through email, direct mail, new formats and have responsibility for our customer magazine.
You'll have experience of working with agencies and manage stakeholders and expectations, you'll have the ability to look for opportunities to maximise campaigns and take ownership of processes. To be successful in this role you'll be highly motivated to deliver tangible results and driven to making things happen!
