What you'll do:

Gather customer, competitive and general market insights to support the development of compelling propositionsDevelop points of differentiation across products that inform marketing, sales & service strategiesGather real-time insights across sales and service teams to improve proposition/key messaging and influence the product roadmapPartner with sales leaders to build compelling sales enablement programmes that promote product sales and drive close ratesPartner with service leaders to continually enhance understanding of products and new capabilitiesHelp develop product collateral, videos, digital assets, and webinarsPartner with product & marketing on development and amplification of customer case studiesResponsible for competitor tracking, reporting and analysis and developing actionable competitive insights

What you'll bring:

Proven experience in B2B telecoms propositions, marketing, or similar role in a technology-based companyThe ability to turn complex product concepts into simplified messages that align core benefits to customer needPrevious experience in launching products, features and/or new capabilitiesExcellent organisation and communication skills with the ability to manage several projects in parallelExcellent written and presentation abilities and should be comfortable presenting to all levels of the organisationEnergy and passion to work in a dynamic, growing business with the ability to adapt and deliver results in a fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and with purpose
