We are looking for someone that has the following background and experience:
- Contacting new leads, introducing and onboarding new customers
- Maintaining a customer database and further developing the relationship
- Establishing new markets in order to introduce new products
- Work with the team to help boost customer acquisition
- Learning about the full product suite
- Schedule and record sales activity utilising internal CRM systems (experience in using Active Campaign is an advantage)
- We will be happy to discuss working hours to be flexible where possible.
You will have a strong understanding of the customer on-boarding lifecycle and have the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
You’ll have strong negotiating skills, ability to work both with a team and independently, maintain a customer database and respond to sales inquiries adequately by phone, email and online.

- Experience in sales is essential
- Telesales experience is an advantage
- Process driven with attention to detail
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Knowledge of basic business principles
- Knowledge in digital sales platforms
- Knowledge of relevant computer applications
