Group Sales Trainer - Sytner Group (Field Based)
Delighting both our colleagues and our customers is paramount to Sytner. So, we are looking for an energetic Sales Trainer to boost our investment in developing Sales colleagues and meeting all our FCA, process and integrity training requirements.
You will likely be either a Sales and F&I products Trainer (from a background of Automotive Retail or Financial Services) or maybe a F&I Business Manager or highly experienced Sales Executive from within our industry looking for an opportunity to move into a training and development role. This is not a general sales trainer role. Candidates must have a strong understanding of FCA regulations, have an impeccable conduct record and be able to articulate and train others on processes and standards.
Our Head Office is in Leicester however we will consider other base locations. Delivery of training is via virtual training methods, as is coaching. However there may be requirements to travel to different locations and therefore a car or car allowance is a great part of the package. You will be joining a team of dedicated and enthusiastic L&D professionals and there will be plenty of support in the role should you need it. These are exciting times for our team as we expand to provide the right levels of support and quality L&D solutions to fulfil the Group's strategic plan.
