We now have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join our Finance team based at our Head Office in Swindon. Reporting into the International Accountant, you'll play a key role across both the Commercial and Financial Accounting International Finance Teams.

What you’ll do:

•    Complete all sales reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all deadlines are met
•    Support the completion of the weekly Trading Pack
•    Be responsible for aged debt reporting and analysis across the International business
•    Support the month end close – P&L and balance sheet 
•    Carry out general Finance administration tasks 

Who we’re looking for:

We are looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, with basic accounting knowledge who’s keen to learn and develop their career in a dynamic and fast-paced business. You’re likely to be studying towards an Accounting qualification or looking to do so. An interest in International Retail is vital. 

You’ll have strong Microsoft Excel skills, such as Pivot Tables, V-Lookups and Sum Ifs. You must have a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
