Part Time Talent Acquisition Manager role with a very special business

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager

Location: Home-based with some travel into London office - flexible on this

Salary: Circa GBP50-55k per annum (FTE) - may flex for a superstar!

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract

Duration: 6 months initially with a good possibility of further work beyond that

Hours: Part-time

Start: ASAP

Here is a little bit about what will be keeping you busy???

The People Director wants someone to help them get this business' house in order from a recruitment perspective.

They need help with hiring 30 roles and would like these to be predominantly hired through direct sourcing methods.

If you have experience of setting up a recruitment function in a small or medium sized business and are happy with generalist recruitment, you could be just who they are after.

Some of the key activities of this role:

Reporting to CFO, you will be responsible for:

* Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial brief to offer.

* Attracting and sourcing talented individuals who can contribute meaningfully to support the growth of the business.

* Developing diverse candidate pipelines through use of LinkedIn, social media, CV databases, industry contacts, internet forums, events and other resources.

* Screening, assessing and qualifying candidates against role competencies and requirements.

* Managing interviews and communicating feedback effectively with the business and candidates.

* Building and promoting the employer brand and staying up-to-date with the video games industry to ensure we remain competitive.

* Owning, designing and proactively delivering analytics and insights into the sourcing process, the candidate market and competition to provide ongoing optimization.

* Continuously improving recruitment methods ensuring the message sent to candidates is consistent.

* Maintaining and tracking sourced talent within the Applicant Tracking System.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with solid recruitment experience gained internally. We would like to see people that are used to helping businesses hire a variety of professionals. If you have worked in media or creative industries that would be a bonus but it is not essential.

Above all, you will be someone that is passionate about what they do with ability to work with professionalism but also importantly, good humour.
