Part Time Customer Service/Receptionist

Job Description:

* Answering the telephone and dealing with day to day queries of multiple sites

* Booking appointments and advising on treatments

* Greeting customers on arrival and completing necessary H&S info

* Taking payments from customers

* Using an in-house database and Excel spreadsheets for accounting

* Using MS Office to resolve customer queries

* Assisting the promotional advertising via Social Media

* Helping organise staff rotas, holiday planning and cover for sickness

* Handling invoicing

* Supporting with Covid H&S measures and best practice

Person Specification:

* Previous experience in a similar face to face role is preferred

* Excellent customer service skills are essential

* Good all-round administrator

* Confident and professional telephone manner

* Good interpersonal skills are essential

* Well presented

* Professional attitude

* Good organisational skills

* Competent user of MS Office and Social Medial

Additional Information:

* Based in Leatherhead

* GBP10.00 per hour

* Opening hours are 09:00 to 07:00 Monday to Saturday

* From 15 hours per week with opportunity for more

* 28 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays)

* Immediate Start!
