The Job Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Business Support Assistant who is passionate about providing administration support and seeking a part time role.
The successful candidate will work closely with the SLT by working 'on the business' by providing organisational, administrative and communications support.
Typical duties will include the following;

Providing administrative and secretarial support
*
Managing diaries
*
Assisting with internal and external comms including; mailchimp campaigns, formal letters, website updates
*
Drafting of marketing documents/adverts
*
Liaising with third parties and external companies
*
Maintaining confidential HR documentation
*
Supporting with the recruitment of new staff
*
Ad hoc administrative duties as required
To apply for this role candidates should have experience in a similar varied administrative role and will ideally have experience providing project support.
Our client is looking for a professional candidate who is able to communicate effectively in a variety of formats including telephone, email, face to face and via video.
Applicants should be confident using IT and will ideally have experience using the full MS Office suite and Microsoft Teams
