Part Time Service Administrator
GBP9.50-10.00 per hour
Havant
3-month contract
Starts first week of June
Our client requires a professional individual with outstanding and organised written and verbal skills to enable them to communicate successfully with our customer base and fellow colleagues. The main principles of this role would be working as a team and using initiative to maintain a high standard of administration and to support our service team as a whole.
Additional traits we are looking for include:
Good analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good accurate records keeping
Confident in the use of MS Office
Duties
Supporting the service team when required by raising service orders on our internal systems
Update our internal systems with PO's / despatches / service reports and invoices as works progress
Communicating with dealer networks for updates on ongoing service works
Review and process service works invoices and credit notes - dealing with different currencies
Reviewing paperwork for parts that have been returned from service works and routing to the relevant department
Updating the global portal with service works and registering equipment that has been supplied to enable warranty
Supporting the workshop team with on ongoing 'in-house' repairs assisting with communicating with customers on whether they wish to proceed with repairs and ultimately invoicing out these works
Help manage with internal asset stock that may be used to provide support on service works
Provide phone support and directing them to the most relevant team member
