Are you an inspirational and forward thinking leader who can set the vision for a multi-disciplinary fundraising team? Do you have experience of multiple fundraising disciplines with a strong track record of securing funds from small and large trusts, communities, corporates, major donors, and individuals?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Fundraising to manage a Fundraising team and deliver the 2021 fundraising plan.

Position: Head of Fundraising

Location: Home-working/flexible initially and at the Bristol head office when it re-opens

Salary: £40,000 per annum dependent on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week

Contract: Permanent

About the Role

The Head of Fundraising will lead a multi-disciplinary fundraising team comprised of established and new members responsible for delivering the current fundraising strategy and activity plan to meet and, where possible, exceed the income generation targets.

Using your experience of managing and delivering diverse fundraising strategies and plans you will also be required to work closely with the senior leadership team to develop and deliver the organisation’s five-year fundraising strategy for 2022-2027 to meet the charitable aims.

About You

We are looking for an inspirational and forward thinking leader who can set the vision for a multi-disciplinary fundraising team to develop robust fundraising plans in order to support survivor-led services and ensure the charity can continue its vital work. You will have experience of a range of fundraising disciplines with a strong track record of securing funds from small and large trusts, communities, corporates, major donors and individuals.

Experience of managing a team to deliver against fundraising targets, monitoring and evaluating outputs and working across a range of fundraising areas are essential. The successful candidate will be passionate about the charity’s work and able to articulate its values with confidence and professionalism to stakeholders and funders. Full and on-going training and supervision is provided.
