We're working with a growing tech company based in central Manchester who due to continued growth and expansion are looking for an experienced part-time, home based Sales & Marketing Executive. This is initially a temporary role (possibility to go permanent down the line) for 2 days per week (flexibility on days and hours).

With previous experience in sales and marketing (B2B) you will help prospect, consult and on-board new clients to help this ambitious business achieve its growth goals. You will engage with C suite decision makers as well as owner managers in an engaging and confident manner.

Sales & Marketing Executive Role:

Reporting to the Sales Director, this role requires someone who is highly motivated with previous experience in successfully selling solutions in the B2B sector. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive, with tenacity and drive.

In this role you will:

* Build-up, develop and manage your pipeline, using their CRM system to maintain accurate information and up to date forecasts on all prospects.

* Cold call new businesses, generating leads and converting them into appointments.

* Have a consultative approach to building relationships with prospects, focusing on their needs and pains and selling in our software as a solution.

* Present compelling business logic as to why our solutions are the right solution for the client.

* Follow the sales process to ensure that the expectations of the client are met to the highest of standards.

* Understand who the key stakeholders are in the process and adapt pitch to suit audience.

* Work collaboratively with the Digital/Marketing Manager to ensure key messages are delivered and that pitch material is of the highest quality.

Experience Required:

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate at the highest level:

* Phone based sales experience, nurturing a sales lead to a closed deal.

* 3 years' experience (minimum) in selling business solutions B2B.

* Strong negotiator who always remains professional.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with external Clients and all levels including business owners, with a high focus on managing client expectations.
