We are an established, world leading international manufacturing business based in Camberley who are committed to providing an excellent service to our customers seeking a Part Time Receptionist to cover a period of long term sick leave. The working hours are Monday-Thursday 12.30 - 17.05 and Friday 12.30 - 16.40, a total of 22.5 hours a week, with free parking and holiday pay.

The main purpose of the role is to provide an efficient and courteous telephone and reception service to customers, visitors and employees.

The key tasks for the role reception role include:

Provide a company reception facility for us and ur tenants.
Retrieve Voicemail messages daily, and pass these to the appropriate person by Teams/phone/email.
Answer incoming calls for Camberley and 4 other offices, and connect the caller to the correct extension, efficiently and courteously.
Assess the caller's needs, when not known, and direct to the appropriate person/department.
Use the tannoy to announce site messages & contact employees.
Offer courteous advice and guidance to callers & visitors, whether casual or by appointment, including help completing company passes and Health Declaration/NHS forms.
Sign visitors out when they leave, using the in-house Visitor Log system.
Post Room duties - Open and sort mail and add any signed for letters/parcels to spreadsheet. Frank outgoing post and arrange special deliveries as required. Also includes distribution, scanning & collection of mail.
Arrange transport for visitors, using preferred taxi firms.
Assist departments with mail shots, including sorting, filling and franking high volumes.
Input daily activity onto existing spreadsheets.
Contact confidential waste/battery collection companies if requested.
Guidance to visitors at rear gates and distribution of barrier tokens.
Distribute and keep a record of fobs handed out.
Update reception documents with any staff/department changes as they occur.
Open up and close down reception. Lock & unlock front doors.
Ad hoc administration duties.

To be successful for the Part Time Reception role, you will have experience of working within a busy reception area, as well as previous administration experience, being PC literate in Outlook, Word and Excel. You will be well presented and able to communicate in an affective and professional manner at all times.

You will be happy working Monday-Thursdayy 12.30 - 17.05 and Friday 12.30 - 16.40, a total of 22.5 hours a week and in return we provide free parking and an hourly rate of GBP10p/h plus holiday pay.

We are seeking candidate who can start w.c 24th may 2021 for approx. 2 months.
