This is an exciting opportunity to join a boutique recruitment consultancy, servicing clients in the UK, US and Saudi Arabia. We welcome and embrace new ideas and change and are growing rapidly following a new service offering we have taken to market. Due to the success of this service we now need additional administrative support to control and manage the high volumes of candidate applications and to provide the team with adhoc administrative support as and when required.
You will be working part-time, flexible hours, ideally 4 hours per day Monday - Friday, on an initial 6-month Fixed Term Contract that is likely to be extended. In this role your responsibilities will include:
* Arranging interviews with the Cobalt Interview Team and our clients
* Creating and posting high quality and appealing adverts
* Managing candidates via our Applicant Tracking System and client trackers and keeping these up-to-date
* Creating weekly recruitment activity reports for clients
* Sending and coordinating all role briefing information, monitoring and chasing responses and delivering feedback via email
* Supporting marketing activity by:
* Designing and creating interesting and positive daily social media posts
* Connecting to potential new clients via LinkedIn and following up with a messaging campaign
* Supporting and developing our active MailChimp marketing campaign
* Creating client CVs and adding candidates to client applicant tracking systems
To be successful in this role you will have:
* Extensive previous administration experience, preferably within HR or Recruitment
* A very high level of skill in MS Word and Excel, ideally experience with Canva
* Exceptional written skills and absolute attention to detail
* A creative mindset
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with a need to juggle priorities regularly
Ability to run social media and other platforms
