Founded in 2016, Forme is an executive search firm working exclusively on C-level roles that drive revenue for high-growth businesses. Forme works with founders, investors and non-executives to find the commercial leaders who will play a pivotal role in driving the business forward.

This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start or further their career in Executive Search. You will work closely with our Lead Associate and Head of Network who will act as a sounding board for you as well as strong support with research.

What you will do:

• Mapping the candidate market

• Tracking venture and private equity funds and investment

• Analysing the data to find the best candidates with relevant experience

• Using LinkedIn, CRMs and other collateral to build out good candidate lists

• Short-listing with Managing Partner and Associates

• Liaising between client and candidate

• Supporting the co-ordination of calls and interviews via multiple channels

What you will need:

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Excellent planning, time management and organisation skills

• First rate communication and interpersonal skills

• Exemplary ability to foster strong and long-lasting relationships

• Track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment

• A robust personality driven by knowledge and personal development

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience

• Proficiency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus

• Previous recruitment or sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory. The level of experience may vary, but what matters is your curiosity, drive and ambition

Forme Partners is the right choice for you if:

• You have a strong work ethic and determination to succeed

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset

• You enjoy taking responsibility right from the start

• You enjoy working in a small team and can work effectively independently

• You have a willingness to learn

• You strive for maximum results

What we offer:

• Hands-on training and sector knowledge from the Partners & Associates with extensive experience in industry

• Challenging projects, which give you the opportunity to shape new and established businesses

• Collaborative and supportive environment which inspires knowledge and personal development resulting in an excellent work/life balance

• 25 Days Annual Leave +1 day on Birthday

• Discretionary Bonus

(The role may be largely remote, but as Covid restrictions ease, you'll be required to come into London for regular meetings so must be in easy commuting distance).
