We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Office Manager to join our client on a 3 month temporary basis. The role can be 2 full days or 3 days working 10am-2pm.
The successfully appointed office manager will be responsible for the ongoing management of Lincoln office, ensuring the facilities are maintained, health and safety measures are in place and working, local events are suitably coordinated and suppliers managed. The facilities and office manager will support the EA to the CEO in other areas of work as required especially in company- wide programmes and projects.
Responsibilities:
Office Management - Overall management of the Lincoln office.
Be the main point of contact for any office, non IT or building related queries. Distribute post to relevant people, keep up to date with staff access cards, ensure all regulatory requirements are maintained.
Suppliers are managed to ensure services to colleagues are delivered in a responsible time.
Invoices are processed in a timely fashion.
Event management coordination
Managing the office H&S including processes associated with COVIDCapabilities:
Strong organisation skills
Very strong communication
Process orientated
Is assertive in their approach when necessary
Able to display confidence
Has supplier knowledge and is able to create and leverage relationships with suppliers to ensure quality of work and value for money Please apply for an immediate interview.
