Archiving Assistant - Temporary
Maidstone
Part Time - 1 day a week

Pearson Whiffin are currently recruiting an experienced admin assistant to assist with a large amount of archiving of historic files in the Maidstone area.
This role is a part time position with flexible working hours, although for some dates throughout June, July & August, additional dates will need to be worked (these are organised in advance). The suitable candidate must be able to drive, given the location of the office and must have previous archiving / cataloguing experience.
Duties:
Managing a large archiving project that is expected to last until February 2022
Cataloguing of historic files
Keeping a clean and tidy workspace at all times
General reception duties (Answering the phone, post, deliveries etc)
General ad hoc PA / Administration duties
Able to cover holidays of the office support team
For the position you must have:
Previous archiving experience
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous admin / reception experience
Ability to work 1 day per week with the flexibility to work more hours if needed
