Our client based in Redhill is looking for a experienced training coordinator to join them on a 12 month temp basis.

A training background would be helpful, particularly in the areas of H&S, First Aid, etc. The Training Coordinator would not necessarily be expected to carry out training but it would be useful for them to be able to step in if required. If they are qualified they are more likely to understand the needs of the team and the clients.

This role is home based but you would be required to travel around the surrey and London areas if required to step in with Training.

Reviewing the suit of training courses available and work with the team to define the public offering and ensure accuracy on the website
Make suggestions where gaps or opportunity exists
Review the bank of potential trainers and supplement where necessary to provide full GB coverage
Ensure the bank of trainers have adequate skills, certificates, etc. to provide training. Where there are shortfalls, either provide the training necessary or arrange for the training to be conducted by outside parties
Review the equipment needed to produce the training and ensure each trainer has the correct equipment
Ensure that all of the courses have the following collateral held in the shared drive before roll out:-
Timed Agenda so that it is apparent how the course will be structured
Presenter Instruction notes covering; room layout, handouts, equipment etc.
Presentation/s must include speaker notes to ensure consistent delivery of material and to facilitate the assessor's better understanding of the content, especially when graphs or pictorial slides are used.
That all slides have updated branding which should be limited to start and end slide only
