CASUAL RECEPTIONISTS

Pools on the Park, Richmond TW9

GBP10.75 per hour

Where you'll be working

You'll join the team at Pools on the Park in Richmond. Facilities here include an outdoor pool, indoor main and teaching pools, fitness suite, cycle studio, exercise studio, health suite and outdoor grounds. The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you'll be doing

You'll be part of our front of house team, providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors in person to the centre.

Taking bookings and payments using our computerised till system. Delivering a high customer service and ensuring that every customer has a great experience will be your priority.

What we'll need from you

You'll have good communication and organisation skills, along with the ability to use a computerised till (essential). Previous experience of working in a leisure or public service environment (paid or unpaid) is also preferred.

What we can offer you

Scale 2: GBP10.75 per hour (plus holiday relief pay allowance on top of hourly rate).

The Centre is open 7 days a week and shifts are likely to include a mixture of early morning, daytime and evenings. Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit work in around your other commitments.
