We are looking for a number of Telemarketing Executives to join our growing team in Lichfield.
Premium Sales are a highly innovative sales consultancy, providing external sales support to companies who are looking to improve their profitability, through winning new business and managing existing customer databases. We operate either in place of a sales team, or work alongside existing staff members to increase productivity.
As a Telemarketing Executive, your role will be varied, but the primary focus is to speak directly with decision makers, in order to book appointments or gain new quotation opportunities for our customers.
Initial calling with prospects to gain decision maker details and contact information
Contact prospects and existing customers; via telephone and email
Discussing prospect queries and questions and transition these into qualified sales opportunities and converting.
Calling qualified leads to book appointments for customers
Managing tenders and quotation requests on behalf of our customers
Ensuring sales pipelines are updated with timely and accurate information
Provide coaching and mentoring to new members of staff
We are looking for individuals with a proven track record in B2B telemarketing
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is key to success within this role, due to the high volume of customer communication you will have.

We can offer flexible shifts between 9.00am and 17.00pm, with hours ranging between 16-30 per week and there is always plenty of opportunity for overtime
