Internal Communication Manager - 18 months FTC

Your new team

The main purpose of the team is to build on Nest's vision of being market-leading in the pension scene as well as a great place to work for our current and future staff, and for enhancing Nest’s culture, employee engagement through internal communications, events and activities.

They deliver business critical communications and events to all staff on D&I; strategy and business priorities; reporting, financial updates and team processes and success; business changes.

Your new role

The Internal Communications Manager is a key member of the team responsible for advising on and delivering strategies to support Nest’s internal communications and staff engagement objectives.

You’ll be leading on and delivering Nest’s all staff events and projects relating to staff engagement, including business updates and social activities to develop Nest’s culture and its values.

You’ll maintain and improve Nest’s intranet platform - Penny- by creating engaging contents, keeping them updated and help with potential issues.

You’ll embed the Nest brand, collaborate with a variety of internal departments, and work on internal channels and devise activities to share information with colleagues at Nest.

What you’ll need to succeed

We’d like you to have some examples of how you’ve supported, developed and activated a range of internal communications programmes and channels with a measurable impact in the past.

You’ll be a creative writer with excellent communication skills to write engaging messages for our Intranet and other communications channels.

You'll have an understand of user journey and proven experience in using a range of employee engagement approaches and tools to build understanding, belief and enhance staff engagement.

CMS experience, preferably SharePoint would be an advantage, but training will be provided

This is an FTC role for 18 months - Base salary paying between £35,000 and £40,000plus Benefits.
