CX Design Lead

Location: UK Wide

Responsibilities:

  • Build and define a clear CX Design proposition
  • Develop the CX Design proposition and practice by defining an end-to-end UCD approach and framework for delivering more efficient and effective ways of working in the context of where the business is going (i.e. IoT, business solutions, analytics, digital transformation, robotics, etc.)
  • Educate and embed the CX proposition across the organization (i.e. sales, consulting, client facing staff, etc.) and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Deliver award-winning and commercially valuable CX bodies of work
  • Lead and shape new CX and digital services opportunities for existing clients with business development teams
  • Lead and shape responses to RFPs and proposals, working closely with the pre-sales/ bid teams
  • Plan and handle the budget, resources and delivery of all CX Design engagements
  • Shape the CX Design team to work across the business (Practices and Verticals) and enable them to consistently build and deliver best-in-class digital and user-centered solutions to clients
  • Provide CX SME support to clients as and when required
  • Provide leadership and direction
  • Build and lead a culture of design thinking and innovation
  • Provide thought leadership through public speaking and though pieces that demonstrates Atos’ digital and UX services and capabilities
  • Build a resource pool of CX talent to deliver outstanding experiences that is data-driven and commercially focused
  • Direct, mentor and develop the CX team
