Job Purpose
Spktral are pay gap specialists on a mission to help organisations make better people decisions with their diversity data and drive business performance through diverse talent.
We are a tech start-up and growing fast. We are looking for a dedicated sales professional with a proven track record who can drive sales to potential clients.
Job profile
• Remote and flexible working
• Start date negotiable but preferably by the beginning of July
• Initial contract 3-months with opportunities for full time employment
• Commission-weighted salary - basic £24,000 plus commission

Key Duties
• Understands the market, Spktral’s services, our differentiators and ways of doing business
• Identifies, qualifies and contacts potential clients directly and via partner
relationships
• Organises introductory meetings and platform/service demonstrations
• Manages the end-to-end sales process from client introduction to signed agreement
• Maintains our HubSpot (CRM) database at all stages in respect of each lead
• Helps develop relationships with partner organisations to drive sales opportunities
• Builds a strong professional network with potential clients and partners
• Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising sales information
• Works closely with the team to ensure all S&M activities are aligned
• Identifies product and service improvements or potential new products and services by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
