Job Title: Sales Advisor

Location: Staffordshire

Salary: GBP9-10 per hour + GBP100-GBP200 commission per month

Type: Part-time - Permanent (min. 16 hrs, max. 30 hrs p.w)

Our client is an outsourced sales business providing specialist B2B Telemarketing and Lead Generation services. They provide a first class service which helps their customers generate new sales leads, convert them into customers, retain existing relationships and generate more sales from their existing client base.

Roles & Responsibilities

Contacting B2B leads to qualify & gain opportunities for our customers

Make outbound calls to prospects from the Leads Project section of the relevant Customer Database Area

Identify the correct point of contact and update the CRM

Asking Qualifying Questions on the CRM and completing these thoroughly / accurately

Proactively introducing customers' services to prospects

Booking appointments, requesting quotation opportunities and rate requests

Obtain a detailed customer profile is gained and add to the Sales Project

Send follow up emails to prospects

Updating Leads Project & Prospects Project

Updating the relevant fields on our customers Leads Project with accurate calling notes

Ensure that customers are Ensuring contact name, telephone number and email address fields on Leads Project is correct

Ensure there is correct spelling / grammar on all Leads Project & Prospects Project

Moving prospects from the Leads Projects to the Prospects Project

Ensure all mandatory fields are completely correctly on the Prospects Project, including detailed customer profile and next steps

The Candidate

6 month B2B Telemarketing Experience is desirable

Excellent Telephone Manner is essential

A target driven individual who is motivated by meeting and exceeding KPI's

Ability to absorb new information and translate such information into clear key sales messages

Good general understanding of business / commercial sector
